Our Story
A few years ago, we had to decline viable business opportunities and startup ideas simply because we lacked the time and manpower to support their growth.
That's when we discovered the game-changing business strategy: virtual assistants. Since many of our daily tasks were computer-based, we saw the opportunity to outsource those jobs to remote workers worldwide, freeing up our time to focus on the larger goals.
Since then, we've leveraged our expertise, personal experience, and industry network to launch OrbitWorkz. Our mission is to assist fellow business owners in connecting with qualified and committed virtual assistants at more affordable rates than those typically offered by other agencies in the market.

Andrea Bunao
Meet The Team
CO-FOUNDER / OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Andrea Bunao played a key role in co-founding OrbitWorkz, drawing on her direct experience as the Chief Operations Officer (COO) at a US property management firm. She has also worked remotely for PayPal USA and served as a team leader at an Australian telecommunications company, overseeing a customer response team of 16. With a career spanning 10 years as a BPO Team Leader and 5 years as a Virtual Assistant, Andrea has extensive expertise. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies and staying up to date with the latest TV shows. She currently resides in Manila, Philippines.
Michelle Rodriguez
CO-FOUNDER / CLIENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Michelle is a Software Engineer by profession and has been engaged in the IT industry working in the Technology, Banking and Aviation spaces for over 15 years. Her passion in continuous learning and adapting to changing technological landscape led her to successful career moves from Manila, Philippines to Shanghai, China and finally Las Vegas, USA where she is currently based along with her family. She has an extensive experience in Technical Management of various IT projects that makes it ideal for her to co-run a VA company such as OrbitWorkz. She loves spending quality time with her husband and two cute kids during her free time after the usual busy days at work.
Lucky Gil Bunao
CO-FOUNDER / OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
Lucky Bunao has worked for 15 years in the IT industry as a Digital Product Owner and Business Analyst covering various industries including Banking and Insurance in the past 6 years, such as HSBC, Prudential and AXA. He worked offshore for both internal and external clients in Australia, Asia, Africa and the Americas with business users across different levels of the company. His wide IT experience also brought him to onsite jobs in Australia, Kuwait, Singapore and Hong Kong SAR and Shanghai, China for a total of 10 years and counting. His career moves are in line with his love for travels and food and discovering different cultures globally. Currently, he is an IT Recruitment Consultant for the Hong Kong market, and is based primarily in Hong Kong and Manila, Philippines.
Rico Rodriguez
CLIENT RELATIONS DIRECTOR
Rico Rodriguez, originally from Culver City, California, is a businessman with a passion for service. Starting his first business at 14, Rico’s career has spanned from selling newspapers at a young age, to founding Diamond Facilities, a New York City-based building services contractor, to currently serving as CFO of Immaculate Restoration. His commitment to family has likewise led him to moonlight as Business Development and assist his wife and partners into growing Orbitworkz. Rico is dedicated to helping the company grow in order to serve the community by fostering innovation and by helping business owners create operational efficiencies. Rico is a devoted family man who enjoys reading, and cooking for the entire Rodriguez clan.
